What we have here is a little project that evolved from the discovery of a broken nylon gear in the driver's side front power window lift motor. In the photo, the broken gear is seen in the upper right. Replacement gears seem to be non-existent, so an adaptation from a 1959 Imperial is in progress here. This involved switching the main gears as well as the worm gears - all of which are not exactly plug-n-play. All said and done, the operation of the power window was restored and it works brilliantly!
